Frequent power cut in many areas…

Here in TamilNadu there is frequent power cut due to some issues. I don’t know why the government not yet taken proper steps for this problem… We all paying the tax amount and current bill properly and i don’t know what they are doing with that money..
If we didn’t pay the current bill, then after the last date they will surly cut the power connection for the respective house, So as per the rules we can rise our voice against the government in this issue…
And i don’t know why the opposite parties of the government is also silent in this issues (Did they thought they cant too take any proper steps in this case if they came as ruling party)..
